Can anyone recommend a travel insurance provide for worldwide cover (excluding the USA) for over 32 days

I used the travel insurance which came with my Nationwide bank account when I wanted worldwide insurance for more than 32 days. It costs £18 per month and covers you for 31 days away in any one time. If you want to go away for a longer period you pay a supplement. Equally if you have pre-existing medical conditions you pay a supplement to cover those as well. I felt they were competitive although I'm not stage 4 for either of my cancers.
You can get a quote online without having a bank account with Nationwide to see how much it would be before committing yourself to a bank account with them.
Have you had chance to look through the threads Recommended Travel Insurance and members recommended travel insurance yet, as you'll find lots of suggestions for travel insurance within them? Whilst none of them are specifically for over 32 days worldwide travel insurance for people with stage 4 cancer, they are the companies that provide travel insurance for cancer patients. You could make a list and work your way through them.
