Holiday travel insurance recommendations (UK to Spain) 2025

Hello, I'm new to the community and have womb cancer. Can anyone please recommend a travel insurance company that offers the best value (£) fully comprehensive holiday travel insurance for cancer patients from UK to Spain? I'm considering All Clear and Stay Sure. Any recommendations would be most appreciated. Many thanks.

    Suggest you try albert&eddie onlne - they're a comparison site and part of the same group as Holidaysafe and Insurancewith and have a more "user friendly" question set than most others. I was with Staysure until I needed more treatment last year (prostate now incurable) and they refused to cover me this year. I ended up getting an annual worldwide policy via the above with Holidaysafe for a reasonable price.

    Hopefully you can get something through them. Good luck.
