Hello,
I have recently been diagnosed with NET (pancreas, spread to liver). I start chemo in a couple of weeks. Any advice about travel insurance please??? We have an important family holiday to Florida in July.
Thank you.
Hi Jian
Unfortunately, as you may have found, it can be more difficult to get travel insurance when a cancer diagnosis is involved.
Have you had chance to look through the 'recommended travel insurance' and 'recommended travel insurance 2023-24' threads yet as you'll find lots of suggestions for travel insurance there? If not, it's best to go through them and make a list before settling down to get quotes.
Personally I've used goodtogoinsurance.com and payingtoomuch.com for cover, although I wasn't travelling to America and had finished my treatment.
Let me know how you get on and I hope you can find some suitable cover so that you can go ahead and book your holiday.
