My 53 year old daughter has been diagnosed with secondary lung cancer. She is having chemo in the hope of extending her life. She has learning disabilities and autism and I am her carer. She doesn't know that there is no cure as she wouldn't be able to cope with that. I don't know how I am going to tell her when the time comes.
