Hi
Mum has bowel cancer and been on chemo for 9 months, yesterday we were told that the chemo hasn’t worked and to come off the treatment and basically enjoy the time you have.
My head is spinning and just don’t know what to think.
As we don’t how long she has you don’t know where to turn, how do you move forward. Mum wants to forget about what happened yesterday and get on with her life. Happy to do but then I feel guilty can I still laugh? Should I be laughing. I’m working and feel bad, should I be sending time with her. Do you continue with your life as normal? Well not normal but you know.
Any advise or experiences would be great.
Many thanks
