Another bad day

Hi Jennyw I am sorry to hear your Mom was in such pain and how awful for her to have to wait such a long time for an ambulance. It must have been terrible for you as well seeing your Mom in pain. I am sure you’re mom appreciated you being with her what must have seems a long wait.

I know what it’s like my husband is very poorly now but with the help of the local hospice his pain is more manageable. I still feel so helpless sometimes.

Hopefully the hospital will sort your Mom’s pain for her and make her more comfortable.

Its the not knowing that gets to us 

She in hospital at mo but they said they really sorry but nothing they can do apart from keeping her comfortable

She getting wore so quick we only found out she had cancer on 17th Sept since then she lost nearly 3 stone  can't walk hardly sleeps more then awake now lost control of bowel movements

We hoping to get some palliative care when she comes home

I hope you get all the help you need when you’re mom comes home from hospital. It must be a terrible shock to your Mom only diagnosed in September and so advanced. Our local hospice are really good with my husbands pain management.
