Just got home after a long day out in London. Transplant planned for 4/5 weeks time, need a full health check first and one more round of Azacitadine followed by a further biopsy but looking good so far. Found out her sister doner is a 10/10 match which is great news. Still NPN1 POSITIVE and at present molecular levels are still very low which indicates ideal time to go ahead. As long as things don't get any worse, we're good to go.
It's been a long trip over the last 2.5 years but praying now all goes ahead with a positive outcome.

Hi my friend..... although this is all very scary this is good news.
There are lots of tests that have to be done to look closely for any unseen health issues that my raise it’s head.
They were not that happy about my Asbestosis as lung issues during and after SCT can come along.
But we were on a final roll of the dice so I signed a waiver removing the responsibility from the team...... what you have to do to live.... but I have not had any lung issues 
Did they say what conditioning they would look to use?
There are lot of types of conditioning that can be used - horses for courses.
