I can't answer your question but I thought I'd suggest that you also post this in the breast cancer group which I can see you've joined. It's a much busier group than this one so you're more likely to get a reply.
The breast cancer group also has a dedicated radiotherapy thread which you could have a look in to see if this question has been asked recently.
