Hi  and welcome to the online community

A lot of people feel scared and worried once their treatment has finished. You may find it helpful to look at this information from Macmillan on how you might feel after cancer treatment. It gives information on how you can help yourself and also information on how you can get help.

I've noticed that you joined the breast cancer group and I'm sure if you posted this in that group you would get lots of support from the community members over there. If you're not sure how to get back just click on the link I've created.

If you feel that talking to someone would help then I'd recommend that you give the Macmillan Support Line a call on 0808 808 0000 when it re-opens at 9am on Monday morning. It's free to call and staffed by trained cancer nurse specialists who can answer questions or just listen if all you want to do is talk.

Sending you a supportive ((hug))
