Hi everyone,
Just setting up a new chat thread for September. If you would like to catch up on August's chat you can click here. Please note that it's now locked, so you won’t be able to reply to that thread.
The chit chat thread is for: Daily Life chit chat for bloods, scans, appointments, going shopping, cutting grass, reading, watching some thing decent on TV - whatever your day has in store for you. That is daily life!
That is disappointing Ellie that you can’t have reiki today. Hopefully they will arrange another one for you soon.x
Thanks Patrick. She has given me fairly easy task. For my bad chemo fatigue days she said just try to climb up and down the stairs every time I’m able to get up and about. I can do a few steps or the whole stairs if I’m feeling up to it. When I’m feeling a bit better she just added some strength training and 30 to 40 minutes walk a day.
Hopefully things can improve slightly over time. I think if I can improve 2% at a time , over time it would add up.
Hope your immunotherapy is going Ok without too much side effects. X
Good morning Patrick, Eddie is fine, on his way to Scotland today for his mini cruise with his Aunties. He is having an overnight pit stop here with me before collecting his Aunties. Will be good to catch up. Hope you and Mrs Patrick are doing ok. Have a good weekend. Love and hug from
Angie and Lilly xx
Hi everyone
It must be autumn....I've found myself making soup this morning! It's my favourite winter activity, making soup when the weather isn't so great.
We had a horrendous thunderstorm yesterday! Hope Eddie isn't blown off course on his cruise this week.
Hope everyone has a good weekend!
xxx Kate
Hi Patrick, I notice that Angie has explained that Eddie is off in his travels today, but I have also noticed that if he isn’t here in the incurables he does sometimes pop up in the awake-and-up-all-night thread in the cancer chat forum x
I’m never in it because my medication knocks me out, and I’m struggling to stay awake after 9. I feel sorry for those that can’t sleep x
Whatever cancer throws your way, we’re right there with you.
