Hi everyone,
Just setting up a new chat thread for September. If you would like to catch up on August's chat you can click here. Please note that it's now locked, so you won’t be able to reply to that thread.
The chit chat thread is for: Daily Life chit chat for bloods, scans, appointments, going shopping, cutting grass, reading, watching some thing decent on TV - whatever your day has in store for you. That is daily life!
Hi Tvman
My husband was a TV repairman in the north of England for many years....and then moved to Scotland where he carried on repairing TVs until he retired. He can still do some repairing, as he still has a workshop, but it's almost impossible to get parts now.

Thanks Tvman, I’m pleased you will be going back to your GP but let’s hope this won’t happen again. We are all guilty of overdoing things when we have a ‘good’ day. When will we ever learn! Everything can wait except your health. Yes it is a GTN spray, I think he has only used it twice so far but stupidly won’t carry it around with him! I put it in my bag while he is not looking!
Please let the garden do its own thing for a while. It will soon be winter and the gardens all look lovely in the frost and snow and you can’t see the weeds!!
Love Annette x
