Morning all, Just setting up a new chat thread for March. If you want to catch up on February's chat you can click here but it will be closed.

The chit chat thread is for:

"Daily Life chit chat for bloods, scans, appointments, going shopping, cutting grass, reading, watching some thing decent on TV - whatever your day has in store for you. That is daily life!

Even having a laugh, that is a normal life, and we all have it.

If you have a special topic please start a new thread so people that wish to see it can, and can comment."

  • Another spelling mistake, I never claim to be perfect, like to keep you on your toes lol.

Get these eyes sorted be no stopping me lol.

  • LOL, we've just set off from Fort William, going to Shropshire 10 hours on the road, luckily I'm not driving to see the twins, 10 weeks old already, where does the time go?, will there be anyone to chat up at chemo today.

    Eddie xx

  • Enjoy your trip long drive.

Time does fly, just make the most of them, not babies long.

I chat up any one, even a lamp post, eyes do play tricks  at times.

Right got to go, driver will be here soon.

  • Safe journey Eddie and enjoy the twins when you arrive. Will be in touch later my dear friend

love Angie and of course Lilly xx

  • Amazing achievement, well done. I'm only six months in and fed up already sometimes.

  • Its a hard road, we all are on,  your not alone in getting fed up at times.

We are human after all said and done.

  • Thanks Patrick, I've been on my cancer journey 3 years, but have had a very turbulent time with my heart for 54 years, the downs are normal, and to be expected, I accept them, shrug them off and move on, it's impossible to be positive all the time, I really don't mind crying, no matter where I am, and always feel better for it,  and having something to look forward to is so important.

    Eddie xx

  • Hi Gang, I  Hope you are all as good as you can be! Hope your hospital trip went smoothly Ellie and your son had arrived by the time you got home! Glad someone else was doing the long drive for you Eddie, the twins will actually be able to see you this time and that makes such a difference, have a lovely time. Patrick, as others have said, we all get fed up at times, or we wouldn’t be human. You have to rest on bad days and enjoy the good days. Plan something nice to do, it doesn’t have to be much, a walk in the fresh air looking at all the bulbs coming up, a meal out or better still a weekend away! As Eddie said, we all need something to look forward to!  Love to all

    Love Annette x
