New month, new thread - as requested by ellie 73
Description:
Daily Life chit chat for bloods, scans, appointments, going shopping, cutting grass, reading, watching some thing decent on TV - whatever your day has in store for you. That is daily life!
Even having a laugh, that is a normal life, and we all have it.

Hi Stella
I don't like the '3 month blocks' either! No matter how much I try to just get on with living my life, I still find myself planning around the scans. My scans have shown no change in my cancer since November 22 ! And I haven't had any treatment for eighteen months. I don't get anxious about them any more.
Just a couple of weeks ago, we decided to book a holiday for May next year. It's the first time I've booked anything that far ahead, for two years! usually I don't plan ahead more than a couple of weeks. But life is for living! I'm going to try and make the most of it.
Of course you can dare to dream, and not just dream, but do it!
We all need something to look forward to in our lives.

Oh thank you Lec's wife, for sending this for him, just good to know that he is ok.
Did not realise you never had the op, though on a trial drug, every thing crossed for you even my eyes.
Glad Ringo is not missing out, and you are getting out, nice one.
Take Care, if you can keep us informed and hopeful you will be back like Arnie , or your wife will think she is you PA.
Good evening
lee glad to hear from you via your lovely wife. Everything crossed for the trial drug working.
Thank you everyone for your wise words on scans and living with them. My husband bought some tickets for events in June next year. I didn’t make any negative comments. Who knows, maybe I would able to go and the have a driving holiday around Scotland too.
Another friend came to visit for Sunday lunch. I made chicken roast, with parsnips, carrots, potatoes, and Yorkshire pudding. Then we went for a walk and drinks in the pub. A very relaxing day.
I am off to London tomorrow for one night stay and looking forward to the Christmas lights there. X
Hi Lee, and Mrs Lee, it's lovely to meet you, sort of, and it's good to hear from from you Lee and happy to hear your furry friend and you are getting plenty of exercise, and no doubt sausage sandwiches, and all your friends here are wishing you every success with your treatment my friend.
Eddie
I hope you plan your route round Scotland to call in on me!
You did well, cooking a roast dinner and then going for a walk.
Enjoy London!
