asked for guidance on pensions.

was sent info but not relevant.

emailed a reply. Was told three days but four days later nothing.

i phoned and was told wrong information. HMRC have rules and Macmillan need to study them before giving advice. It was wrong advice and unlawful. Then they said they would send the correct info.

nothing two days later.

If anyone replies please don’t send me ‘do not reply’ emails.

    They don’t help anyone

  • Hey Chas,

I've alerted the moderators to this so they can look into how and why you were sent the wrong things, then see if they can't help you get what you need.

I have no medical training, everything I post is an opinion or educated guess. It is not medical advice.

  • Hi

My name's Ellen and I work on the Community team here at Macmillan. I'm sorry to hear that you're unhappy with your experience with Macmillan. I wonder if you wouldn't mind emailing me directly on community@macmillan.org.uk with some more information? I'd really like to be able to help you get the information you need and also pass your feedback along to our Feedback team here.

    Best wishes,

    Ellen
