lack of interest?

I am so sorry you haven’t had a reply. I don’t recall seeing your post - but that’s not down to you. 

I don’t routinely post in the end of life group as I’m not at that stage yet. I’m incurable and at the end of conventional treatment but still on clinical trials. 

Please do feel free to join in any conversation you like. It would be good to get to know you.

I don't routinely post on this site either Yendorh, I look at Discussions occasionally and noticed that Daloni had posted, so being inquisitive, I had a peek. There's never much traffic in here, but the rest of the site trundles along nicely

Hi Yendorth, Sorry you've had a bad start on the community but I'm sure things will get sorted out soon!  I seldom post in this group but keep an eye on "Living with Incurable Cancer Group" however when I saw "Lack of Interest" I couldn't have you thinking we didn't care! Of course we do! Maybe you'd like to start a discussion in the Incurables (Or Incouragables as we call it) where I'm sure you will see the group is quite an active one! Anyway, a warm welcome!

Morning yendorh, I didn't see your post either, and I'm sorry you didn't get a reply. I'm on palliative care for terminal cancer, and as I believe this site is for those who are no longer having any treatment or investigations I only post on the incurables (my friend calls us the incredibles) site too. It's very active  but there may be a lot of discussions that don't apply to your situation.

It's not lack of interest, we may all get to this point at some time and want to be respectful of the difference in our situations. Someone else said it was like being on the outside looking in and very isolating.

I hope you'll be proved wrong and find support where you need it.

hi there not sure if I have found the right person there is great support on here for you trust me i should know didn't think anyone would be interested in my problems how wrong I was we have a fantastic support group on here good or bad to chats about a real lifeline for me and everybody else who think they are on there own and live in there own like me such strength I gain from this site so keep posting you will get a response xxxx

Welcome to the group! I couldn’t see any posts from you but now I can, sometimes it seems to take a while to come through if it is awaiting approval to get in the group.

like the others I am mostly on the incorrigibles group although I think it is a good idea for an end of life group too.
