Well my ileostomy is definately liking this warm weather! Morning is usually the best time to change the bag.
Had to laugh back, it's too hot to be bothered.

I hope you’re finding it cooler now where you are and things have slowed down for you.
My colostomy has been on a go slow in the heat, so that’s a different issue altogether! But lots of water drinking is keeping my urostomy very active- it’s all a bit of a balancing act.
