I am thinking of taking up Parkrun again, but now have a urostomy. Has anyone go any tips please. Thanks Leo

Sorry, I’m not a park runner so can’t help with your question, but just wanted to check you meant urostomy and not ileostomy as I know you’ve had your bladder removed?
I imagine any potential issues might be different, depending on the type of stoma and how they function, since dealing with emptying a bag of urine will be very different from dealing with a bag of poo.
Hopefully other members in the group will be able to help you out with some advice.
