I have been diagnosed with stage 2 t3 tumor in my bladder and just been informed the beat option is to have my bladder removed and prostate and to have a stoma , I could go for chemo but the docs are worried it could spread so taking my bladder gives me a better chance of survives and a longer life, its so much to take in , I had been doing alternative medicines and now feel like it was all for nothing, I reallt believed I could beat it myself , I could still choose the chemo but its a huge risk. I really dont know what to do am 48 yrs old and am scared about the surgery and having a stoma , and the possibility it could come back , I have a meeting with a oncologist next week to discuss options, at the moment I just dont know what to do my head is all over the place.
