Can someone please tell me what I can eat for breakfast please sick of jelly and yogurt, like I said in my last post I had my operation 6th Jan now been 9 days am I aloud wheetbix or ready brek? I see somewhere you can have rice crispies I just don't know what to eat for breakfast

You should have been told before discharge.I dont know your exact circumstances.But I was told to begin with."if its white its alright"so white bread,white cereals,white pasta,white fish and mear, etc then gradually introduce small amounts of other stuff and see how it goes.could you ring the ward you were on and ask to make sure

You can eat anything that you fancy for breakfast. Toast, porridge cereals. Stay away from things like musli nuts skins on fruit. Anything that may block you is a no no and chew chew chew
breakfast I usually had toast. Lunch a sandwich on white bread with wotsits or similar. Evening meal chicken, three root mash in the early days but it wasn’t long before I had a good varied diet
Keep food diary then you can work out if there’s anything that upsets you

Crumpets! But make sure any jam doesn’t have seeds in - bramble jelly jam is nice and seedless
