Dehydration with an iliostomy

My mouth gets extremely dry and fuzzy head. Lips and throat also very dry. Though the meds I’m on can cause it. Isotonic drinks really help

I find that I can start to get an irregular heart beat as well as generally not with it.  I don't have the stoma now but an ileostomy is a good way of getting dehydrated if the output is too watery
