If all goes well I shall give my bag a name.
Leaving out the obvious of course.
How about Johns Bag.
Nice and simple.
I had a think and asked my wife and she came up with Bubble and Squeak.
So its Bubble and Squeak.
The stoma has worked about 3 times.
just had a shower with my wife’s help. Leakage from back passage 3 times today.
I was told it can happen so no surprise. Stoma nurse calling Tuesday afternoon.
Hopefully the back passage will realise it’s days are numbered and just go to sleep. Mine has.
How are you feeling?
it sounds like your stoma’s doing it’s job.
It’s all very tricky to sort in the early days. But about six weeks your stoma will be formed and you can have your bags cut. It soon becomes second nature no problem. You are doing well. Any questions ask away this site is a fountain of knowledge.
Thanks for the update
Ann
