I work at Wilko. One day I was on the shop floor and my stoma let out an almighty fart. There was a customer standing nearby. Yes I’m not sure with canaries. My hubby had heart failure there and he was emergency in private hospital. Then in Spain had another AF attack and went to the public hospital. Think definitely need advice from insurance. Don’t think my EHIC does cover Lanzarote although I’m not completely sure. Sorry
Hope you manage to get away.

Hi Belgian Bun
I hope you can manage that family holiday-I just had a lovely trip to Lanzarote at the end of November. What I would say is, please don’t just rely on the EHIC card. You still should also have travel insurance for your trip to ensure you have adequate cover for all eventualities. Good luck!
