Dad had Hartmans and stoma op 16 mths ago. Last couple of months he’s had the urge to sit on the loo and pass mucus much more often ( today it’s been every couple of hours). Afterwards he is in a lot of (bum) pain. Just wanted to know if anyone else had the same issue or is there any medication that can reduce amount of secretions?
