Hi thought I would join in and see how everyone is doing
I have my new stoma a month ago not got a name for it yet but I'm sure I'll think of something soon 
has anyone found it hard to get motivated again or is it just me,

First I had to look up the word biological

Yes I do. But I don’t want to spend it doing anything else. This is the new socialising for me. And I like it.
