this is to everyone with a stoma. My Stoma supply company sent me a small blue bag which contain everything you need if when you're out you need to change your bag. It's small, discrete and very portable.

i had one from mine too, it brilliant as it fits in my bag and carries all the necessary bits and bobs

things have settled down at last, apparently it's normal to get this discharge, whatever normal is these days! I'm resigned I think to being either loose or constipated too, the stoma nurse says it's all down to diet, which I believe is true but finding the right food to suit me is a flaming problem!

I’m really pleased you are better. I’ve come to the conclusion eat what you fancy off your normal range. Whoops plays up when she feels like it. Remember two dry crackers for supper. That might help. X
