Any suggestions on how to get some restful sleep?
I am just over four weeks since LAR and managing okay during the day but nighttime’s are a nightmare. Can’t sleep on my left, or right as it causes discomfort. Wedge myself on my back and slide down with neck at right angles. It’s making me really miserable. I’ve had pillows under my legs to start with which did help then but now am able to lie with legs flat without my tummy pulling.
I don't know if you are able to have a reversal but one of the positives is being able to sleep on your stomach !!! I still get up several times a night but fall asleep quickly.
I do miss Bilbo cos life was a bit more predictable with a bag.
Best wishes Carog
I’m lucky that I like to sleep on my left. Whoops is on the right so she doesn’t get crushed. Not sure about reversal yet but I’m planning on enjoying this year. Travel, holidays and day trips.
I do love name Bilbo Baggins. Lord of the Rings is a great inspiration for names.
