Hi Ollies Mum. Just click on the link and then print out whichever pages you need. If you can’t print then you could save the document into your phone then if you have any problems you can show the page on the relevant language.
I didn’t have a problem the only time that I travelled with my bag. My friend flew to USA and she rang the airline customer care team to request a seat near the toilets - they obliged and gave her a special lanyard so she was first on and first off!
don't forget to get a Rador key. (if you don't have one already). These allow you to use a disabled toilet in say for an instance an airport. These toilets are lovely and spacious and great if you need to change a stoma bag.
Public toilets can be a nightmare as they are often not stoma friendly i e. miniscule.
