Stoma getting bigger!!

I have my stoma now for around 2 months everything was okay until I notice something

When I stand when I see my stoma it's bigger than seeing it laying down!!

Also the area around my stoma it’s shaped like Persian only when I stand I can see it, when I lie down everything looks normal and my stoma get smaller.

I gain weight around 5 kilo in very short time

I'm afraid it is hernia, can anyone help me?

Hi Askiu have you mentioned this to your stoma nurse, i have had my stoma since may, it was big around the wound at 1 part but now its taking shape, it does seem to look different when you stand ,i thought that at 1st, i cant say its a hernia you have ,but maybe someone on here can help, but as i say mention it to your stoma nurse, ask her to come out and check it for you,
