Hi everyone
Coleplast provides me with dry wipes complimentary to clean my stoma I've had a good few occasions lately where it's been like a volcano when I change the bag and have used a few more than expected, my stoma nurse told me if I ran out of these to use kitchen towel well here's the problem I can't purchase any kitchen towel around here for love or money . Any suggestions to what else I could use as toilet paper just disintegrates when wet and leaves bits on the stoma , not keen on getting more sore skin
Thanks stay safe
Lots of love

Hi
Usually they just give you one pack per order but I was desperate so asked for 2 and they obliged .it doesn't say on the pack how big they are but they are approx 20cm by 20cm . I think I will request more on my next order too as I can't see the problems at the supermarkets ending soon .

Hi Peacock62,
You can use toilet or tissue paper and to clean your stoma you can use cotton wool.
I buy my dry wipes online from a large online retailer (who are named after a long river in South America). Just type in dry wipes and it will come up.
Take care.
With kindness,
Lisa

Did they supply you dry wipes about the same size as paper towels which come in packs of 100, I would keep requesting 2 packs at least every month.
I place my monthly order on line with my supplier straight into my account (just like doing on line shopping) and in the ordering boxes I put in my request for dry wipes, the type I want and the quantity I want and have never been refused.
With the paper towel size I tear into 3 strips which is good at times for mopping up.
Ask for more
LisaCardiff wasn't sure if you were setting a quiz question, if so my answer is Amazon.
To all

Hi Ian
Yes sounds like that but there's definitely not 100 in the pack about 50 I think but I will double up again on my next order whilst I don't mind using kitchen towel (Not that I can get any ) the wipes ate much gentler on skin.
Love your Boris Break thread cheered me up a bit had my chemotherapy cancelled yesterday !!
Stay safe
