Just a quick one for those of you who are struggling with a high output stoma....if you are required to drink the dreaded st marks solution....how about having it made into a cup of tea.....the hospital suggested it to mum and she tried and liked it.....it got her through weeks of having to drink a litre a day.....I think it would also make a very nice salted caramel hot chocolate at this time of year.
