Hello lovelies, just checking back in after my fabulous 3 week holiday in the Caribbean. I was a little nervous about how my bowel would behave just 3 months after my stoma reversal but I needn’t haChristmas tree worried. I was very fortunate to have no problems at all, & the heat definitely helped the neuropathy (sadly it’s back again now!) I hope this post gives some encouragement to others undergoing treChristmas treement (see my profile for details.) I have scans booked in January but I’m putting that to one side for now...Wishing you all a Merry Christmas & a Happy & healthy New Year! Christmas treeSanta tone1

  • Sprouts didn’t make me any windier than before ileostomy! Bag puffed up which was funny!! I’ve now eaten a lot more of my normal diet. The booklet sent to me by Charter said no foods should be banneKissing heart Highly unlikely to cause a blockage, so I’ve really been going for it!! I really hope you have a better 2020. Kissing heart
