  • Hello, Marie, and Emily too, so sorry you have the need to be here, but welcome to a great place to get support, nevertheless.

It might help us to help you a wee bit more easily if you fill in a little about yourself and open your profile to view, too, you won't have so much trouble repeating yourself then, and other people will be able to help straightaway, without having to ask you lots of questions first. It doesn't need to be too much, just a few lines about yourself and your reason for being on here.....( if you wish, you can have a read of mine, though it is quite long, it will give you an idea though)

If you would like to join in on a thread about your individual cancer, do feel you can, you can find a suitable thread by clicking on the 'tag' system, on the left of your screen, use a word which sums up the type of cancer, it then shows you the threads about that cancer, and lists the most recent first. I am sure you will be welcomed....

  • Hi, Marie, it has a bit on your profile where it says about who you would like it to be viewed by, I'll check up on mine and then try to tell you more exactly....

  • Marie, go to 'edit my profile' it then gives you some options about who you would like it to be seen by, you can choose 'all' or 'my friends only' or 'private'....hope that helps....

ive just read your profile, god it must be so hard to see your daughter go through so much,

but reading the last bit about her bloods being excellent, thats great news and something you badly need hearing some positive news :-)

  • Awwww, Marie, thank you, we wait again, she is having her next scan tomorrow, and then we go to hear what has been seen this time in a couple more weeks. She's a plucky young woman, and has managed to do so much! I still think she will be 'stable', she seems very well this last little while, but who knows!
