Treatment or Not!

Hello world of Macmillan.

I am slightly worried or confused. 

After recent A&E surgery that required a testicle to be removed, and recovering well, it showed results of a VERY small trace of cancer. After a CT scan, which has come back clear, the consultant has recommended that I receive some Carboplatin Chemotherapy.

Only a few days to give a answer on the treatment, I have already received my Health & Welfare Event meeting at my Hospital UHCW (Walsgrave) 

I am 80% positive that I would like to have the treatment, but I was told that there is 2 types, over set period of time, or all in one go.

Any help, pointers or general advice to make up already mind ease.
