Been diagnosed with secondary lung cancer, had surgery to remove lower lobe but still have a smaller tumour on other lung that’s too small for surgery…I really enjoy my holidays but cannot find anyone willing to give me insurance, has anyone got any companies that I can try…I’ve tried compare the market etc, no luck.
Good Morning SRN
I am Brian one of the Community Champions here at Macmillan. The best place to find holiday insurance is by joining this group and checking on the recommendations:
Travel insurance forum for cancer patients
I travel out of the UK 4/5 times a year and now have a joint worldwide policy with my wife. I have Stage 3 Prostate Cancer. From personal experience we found the best way to get a quote was to telephone our company of choice and run through our diagnosis and medication.
I do hope this helps and you have a great holiday .
Best wishes - Brian.
