Hi
My Dad has been diagnosed with cancer this week. Such a shock for him and the family. My Dad is of an older age, never smoked, never drank, always been active. Feeling up and down at the moment
Hi 167D and welcome to our community though we are always a little sorry to see new members come to our club.
Cancer often seems totally unfair - what sort of cancer does he have, there are so many kinds and very different in so many ways.
Your emotions are perfectly normal, if we look at your feelings when someone has cancer we can see all sorts of things people often go through, sometimes just being aware of this can help us step back a little and notice how we are feeling without it totally overwhelming us.
<<hugs>>
Steve
