Trying so hard to not break down right now.
I'm the main carer for my Mum, who was diagnosed towards the end of last year. It's been such roller-coaster since. I'm starting to hit that brick wall. I'm so so tired from trying to spin so many plates.
Hi The VK
So sorry to hear about your Mum and the roller coaster you've both been on. It really is a stressful time for all involved. My Mum was also diagnosed late last year and I'm with her full time but we're fortunate that we have some carer help. This was set up by the team looking after her at the hospital before she was discharged. Are you able to contact the hospital (if your Mum was in) or your local GP to see if they can set up some caring help for you?
