My dad's only got months left. Its destroying me. He hasn't really been around but he's always been in the background when things got bad. What am I supposed to do
What do you feel you need to do? There are no wrong answers. Everyone and everyone situation is different, have you a feeling as to what you both need? Use support services like Macmillan or Maggies, get counselling if you can to help you navigate it all. Talk it out here, above all don’t judge yourself harshly xx
