Hi all.
My partner has hopefully had the last of his scans and investigations (I hoping).
Since his colonoscopy which discovered bowel cancer still not sure how far advanced it is but we think stage 1.
He has had ct scan and mri scan which picked up some shadowing on his liver, So another mri scan and PETscan we are hoping the have a clearer picture to give us the news and how and when treatment will start.
Partner is getting very tired by all this but we are oh staying very positive
Hi
It is often much easier when treatment starts and the oncologists are very good at getting as much information as possible - often picking up every little thing - trouble is who is really this "model" that we are also supposed to be like.
Often they will be looking for a baseline to see how things change too - my wife has been on this journey for 6 years but her cancer is stable and has been for some time now - works for us.
<<hugs>>
Steve
