Mum has lung cancer for year now she been gettingoral chemotherapy they have stop that for while now cause of side affects last month or so mum been sick not eating the same she still being sick now a feel as if she as giving up she doesn't talk much no more now can't get her take her medication she refues go into hospital or in to care there's only so much I can do myself don't really know what do

So sorry to read this; I wonder if it is worthwhile you speaking to your GP about how you feel. What would happen to your mum if you got ill for instance.
You need support here to not make yourself ill - and if that were to happen what would happen to your mum then.
My dad ended up in a care home, my wife's dad ended up in a care home both because we could not possibly offer the 24 hour care they needed. The support of a group of people that allowed us to become loving children rather than a nurse was something we all appreciated.

Fingers crossed that she makes that speedy recovery and comes back to home, certainly that she went to hospital is a positive sign that she has not given up and might be just the point to raise of how to avoid going to hospital again in the future. When Janice wants to go to hospital I know she is ill and pretty much the first thing she wants is to get back out again.
Take care and hope you can get a bit of a rest yourself while others are taking care of your clearly loved mum.
