Hi ,
Sorry to hear about your wife's cancer - your message though is all too common. Seeing someone you love with cancer and going through treatment is really hard. However you wife probably is also concerned about the impact it is having on you (and everyone else she carers for too).
Looking through our pages Emotional effects of caring I am sure you will recognise many of the issues there.
For me the biggest help was I did a living with less stress course. Learned to appreciate what I have rather than spending time speculating what will happen in the future, learned how to relax using mindfulness and breathing exercises. Transcendental meditation though did not work for me as I just ended up laughing.
Whenever you need post here - we understand what it is like. Some days are good, some not so good but with a bit of practice we can make more good than bad. Talking to complete strangers like this can be really helpful sometimes because we can simply let our guard down.
<<hugs>>
Steve
