Hiya, My dad was diagnosed with bowel cancer towards the end of last year. He received chemo over 4 months starting March this year, it was really scary because of Covid risks. I hated seeing him ill, same as you, he was very pale/ tired looking all the time. I hadnt realised how much chemo affects the body and there was a couple of times I wasnt sure if he'd get better as he had a couple of rare allergic reactions to chemo. I tried to stay positive for him, I had to drop shopping in to him and had to sit far away from him due to covid but just sitting with him helped him feel better. I couldnt do anything for him but he knew I was there and appreciated the visit as he couldnt get out or have a change of scenery. It was a difficult time and I feel for you going through this. there isnt much you can do but dont underestimate how much just being there will do for him. My dad has come out the other end and is doing great now, I hope you have the same outcome :)
