I had a different type of cancer, so don't have any experiences with SCLC to share with you, but I noticed that your post hadn't had any response yet.
I had a peek at your profile, to see if it's you or a family member who has SCLC, but you haven't completed it yet. However, I can see that you posted in the Lung cancer forum a couple of days ago saying that your wife has this. I'm very sorry to read that and I know what a worrying time this must be for both of you.
If you are wanting more information about SCLC then you might be better posting any questions in the Lung cancer forum as there will be lots of people there who can help. If you want a general chat with others who have a loved one with this cancer, then if you type 'SCLC' into the search bar in this group you'll find quite a few posts which mention it. You could have a read through some of those and reply to the more recent ones.
When you have a minute, it would be really useful if you could pop something about your wife's journey so far into your profile as it really helps others when answering or looking for someone with a similar diagnosis. It also means that you don't have to keep repeating yourself. To do this click on your username and then select 'Profile'.
