Hi all,
Hubby is just 7 days post surgery and since he came home he's not the same person. I know it's early days but he's not talking to me and bottling things up.
Is there anyone out there that remembers this feeling and can help me understand what to do to help?

Hi ,
sorry you have this worry and for what your partner has gone through. Is surgery expected to have cured the cancer or will your partner need to have follow up treatment? It is possible he is still trying to process his own emotions and so it can be difficult to find words to share. It might help you to look at I'm looking after someone with cancer and in particular the bits about the emotional effects on you.
