Just an update on my dad we went for a meeting at the hospital yesterday but they said they cannot do the op now to remove he throat cancer as it’s to advanced it’s stage 4 and all over the back of the tongue now! They are going to start chemo and we have a meeting on Monday but I’m so afraid this means that I am going to lose him I mean stage four is not good is it! What if the chemo doesn’t work! I feel like my world has been turned upside down!
Hey I'm so sorry to hear the recent news you, your Dad and family have received. I was hoping for a better update, which I'm sure you were too.
I just wanted to let you know that you are being so strong and amazing. You keep going, which will keep your Dad going, and try to stay strong (easier said than done, I know) but just try to help where you can, and be there for your family and one another. Just try to think as positive as you can about the chemo, some treatment is better than none I guess.
I, and all of us here at Macmillan are always here for you, whenever you need anything. Lots of love to you, your Dad, and family, and do keep us updated.
