Hi everyone, having been diagnosed with breast cancer has given me the time to start painting and being creative again and I'm loving it...if you've been creative from poetry, music, dance, sculpture, I would love to see what you're up to. I hope it is making you feel good.

I regularly check in on the Summer Picture Festival thread too. I love seeing the scenes Community members capture there. You're a talented bunch. 
Anyway, I hope you'll share more of your work as you go!

Hi All, well I did try to message last night, but the usual internet type problems which drive me a little crazy at times. Anyway, I thought I'd send an update if the painting that I'm working on as I'd forgotten as well as a picture of a painting that I did about twenty years ago. I'd forgotten about it, but am up at my dad's for a few days. It made me think that I could paint some flowers too and perhaps use so e of the photos you post as they are beautiful and inspirational ( if you don't mind?).
