Have had a positive few days and started to feel more normal again with my operation just a couple of days away...then tonight I’m all over the again, there’s just no consistency in my personality anymore and I’m finding that really hard to cope with...
Hi Chaburr,
Sorry to read how you’re feeling at the moment. In case it might help, just thought I’d share that the most important thing I’ve learned in all this is that emotions are temporary. They might be all over the place for a bit, but even that inconsistency is temporary and they’ll settle again in time.
Sometimes all you can do is hang on in there.
Greg
Chaburr,
I'm really sorry you have found yourself in such situation, I can understand how hard can this emotional roller coaster be to cope with. With a couple of days away from the operation, when the nerves take over and different questions appear...
I only want to let you know that you are not alone and I am sending all of my positive thoughts your way.
Ana
@chaburr More positive thoughts to you.
