My mum is 88 & coming to the end of her treatment however her energy levels after the last round have not picked up as usual. She says her legs feel very weak & wobbly she struggles to walk or even stand for very long. She’s eating well so that’s not the problem but I’m struggling to suggest anything that might help her. Its very frustrating.
Hi
That's great to hear that your mum has nearly completed her treatment but I can understand why you both feel frustrated that her energy levels have not picked up.
I can't offer any recommendations, as this didn't happen to me, but I noticed that your post hadn't had any replies yet. I hope you don't mind me suggesting that you also post this in the ovarian cancer group, which I can see you've posted in before, as you'll then connect with others who may have experienced something similar on completing their treatment. If this is something that you'd like to do clicking on the link I've created will take you straight there.
