I am brand new to this group, it's only by reading the website I saw it existed.
My family member was diagnosed with lung cancer in December, had the top node of her right lung that had the tumor removed completely.
She doesn't require hemotherapy radiotherapy or immunotherapy because the tumor was a couple of mm smaller.
I am their carer. I'm just wondering if anyone has been in this or similar situation that could offer advice on questions I should be asking their Consultant.
hi Capt Price
Welcome to our community, glad you found us.
My wife's cancer is rather different in that it is stable so not actually going away but it has been like that for over 10 years now.
I wonder if it might help you to look at our pages on after treatment where it talks about any future monitoring but also about how you both might feel going forward.
<<hugs>>
Steve
