At the moment, I work 29 hours a week over 4 days. I am finding this really difficult to juggle work and doing EVERYTHING else at home ..... Housework, cooking, shopping, gardening etc. If I cut my hours of work, would I be penalised for doing so by DWP? I am finding it VERY difficult to carry on as I am. I am 63 yrs old. Looking for serious help/advice x
Hi , sorry to hear about your partner and also that I can not really give you a direct answer. The page on the main site that might be most helpful to you is here and at the end are links to either ring our helpline (0800 808 0000 open 8am-8pm) or e-mail. A chat with a financial adviser is probably likely to be quite helpful in knowing what your options might be.
<<hugs>>
Steve
