I think some of you know that I've written a book on my experience of being a sole carer and what I have learned through my bereave meant so far and I would love for one or two of you to read this because, firstly, it might be really helpful for you but, secondly, I would love to have the opinion of some people who are going to a similar situation themselves. I don't know, though, how I could get this book to you as we are not allowed here to share our email address or other contact details. But maybe you could contact Macmillan if you are interested and they could put you in touch with me? Personally, I have absolutely nothing against sharing my personal details but I think if I do it here they will be removed.
